 A: If the County Court Judgment (CCJ) resulted from an unaffordable or irresponsible lending agreement, we can help you challenge it. However, CCJ removal depends on the circumstances, and success is not guaranteed. If the debt was paid within 30 days or the judgment was incorrectly issued, we may be able to support removal efforts. 

 A: On average, most complaints are resolved within 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the lender or debt collector’s response time. Some cases may take longer if escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). 

 A: If a lender fails to respond within 8 weeks, we will escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) on your behalf, where applicable. We’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure your complaint is reviewed fairly. 

 A: While we can't guarantee a specific outcome, our team uses proven templates, FCA-aligned arguments, and effective strategies. Many clients see refunds, default removals, or debt write-offs — but each case is unique and depends on the lender’s response and your individual circumstances.
